Customer is responsible for hardware, connectivity devices, accessories, and internet service costs.

Virus Detection + Removal --$129.00

(2 hours) Install and updated antivirus software (customer purchased updated antivirus software). Diagnose system problems – Blue Screen of Death, unusual slowness or internet connectivity issues. Optimize system to enjoy faster speed/performance.

2for1 Onsite Training -- $169.00

(3 hours) 1:1 training; Two students for the price of one! Choose from Windows XP Basics-Intermediate, Microsoft Office –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Basic-Intermediate, QuickBooks, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and many others.

In-home Wireless Setup – $99.00

Connect two computers via Wireless Router, share network resources, e.g., the internet, printers, and files. Setup network encryption to ensure secure transfer of files/printed documents. We will come to your home/office and setup or troubleshoot a two (2) device wired/wireless network (Devices can be computer, router, wireless router, print server or broadband modem). Hardware and accessories not included. Additional cost for additional device installations.
