Installation of new peripherals including CD-ROMs, tape backup drives, memory, modems, and other accessories.

Network Connectivity

We have expertise in connecting similar and dissimilar networks together.  Microsoft, Novell, Linux/Unix based systems are no problem.  If you are upgrading from a modem to a cable modem, DSL, or T1 line, we can make that transition smooth for you. 

Software Installation and Setup

Installation of business applications on stand alone and networked computers. Will provide diagnosis and adjustments of any conflict resulting from the software installation.

Data Backups and Security

Are you upgrading to a new system and need to transfer data from the old system to the new one?  We can help. We provide training on daily, weekly, and monthly backups to ensure your data is safe.  Do you have files that only select personnel need access?  We can provide a security plan for you to ensure only those employees have access -- Microsoft, Novell, Linux/Unix system?  No Problem.

Onsite Training

Individual and group training on leading business applications and Operating Systems. We provide basic to advanced levels of training.
